"Driver tried to deliver parcel to the wrong street"

Not impressed with a photo of a house that is clearly not mine, no free text option on re-arrangement of delivery to indicate wrong street had been visited. Also, no contact centre number to explain this situation as a redelivery will go back to wrong street if same driver selected as obviously cannot understand satnav!.
