"Poor service from Royal Mail Northern Office"

Today Saturday 5th December 2015, a Royal mail employee could not be bothered to deliver my parcel to CF14 7TB. They left a note saying too big for the letterbox, I was in from 7.00am and there were no access problems. The package was urgent cartridges for my printer ordered on a next day delivery. Was the employee too lazy to walk up our drive?
