"Unable to contact you"

A review of Royal Mail by Jackie nott written on Thursday 3rd of April 2014

I just tried to contact you on the above phne no and was told this office is closed,as this office open's from 0800 and the time now is 0837 on the 3/4/14 something is wrong !!

please either amend your web site or have someone to answer the phones.
